Ovencrafters Brick Oven Plans
Alan Scott did much research on brick ovens.
His company, Ovencrafters, sold plans for a several different sizes.
Alan passed away in the late 2000s and Ovencrafters was no more.
His survivors, however, allowed the plans to be made available for anyone who wanted them as long as they were not sold. That is, made free to anyone needing them.
I have had the attached zip file that’s been in my possession for 10-12 years. The zip contains plans for several different size ovens.

Having read the book The Hearth Builders by Alan Scott and Daniel Wing, we built our oven in 2017 using plans from the zip. The oven has served us well.
