Rosa’s Pizza Sauce

Ingredients:
28 oz can of Rosa San Marzano Tomatoes with the D.O.P. designation.
About 50 grams of extra virgin olive oil
Dry basil - about a teaspoon
Dry oregano - about a teaspoon
10-12 grams of sugar
Method:
Hand-crush the tomatoes. Yes, there will be some small pieces/chunks.
Add the olive oil, basil, oregano and sugar then mix with a fork.
Set aside in a glass jar. A quart jar is sufficient.
